suppose your are playing online poker tournament and you already enter in the prize poll range and you have a hand of AA. Your opponent call all-in. Now, if you call all-in and lose then you will be out from the tournament and get the lowest prize money. if you win you might enter in top 10 range.

so, my question is, what will you do in this situation?

With AA, I'll naturally go all in pre-flop; losing is part of the game.

I'll throw out these cards, and in the next hand I'll put 72)

In most cases, I would call. AA is the strongest starting hand in poker, and if my goal is to make a deep run or win the tournament, passing on such a strong spot would usually be a mistake.
That said, it also depends on the payout structure. If there are huge pay jumps and I’m very close to moving up several spots, I might take ICM considerations into account. But generally, I’m not folding AA and hoping to ladder up—I want to give myself a chance to build a stack and compete for the top prizes

Is this a serious question, or are you trolling? Of course I call with the nuts, unless I am on a satellite bubble and dont need more chips to cash. Its difficult to find a better spot in poker than getting your chips in preflop with AA.

Well, if you're already in the prize zone, you have AA and a chance to double your bet, but you still don't know what to do? Then why play poker if you're afraid to call in an equal situation?

Already in 3 tournament after getting AA I call all-in and lost, don't know how the always get kind of three 🙂
I feels so bad when I had AA pair in hand and opponent take me with kind of three of 4.

There is a special section of the forum for bad beat stories and vents. This section is for strategy discussion.

There's no place for discussion here really

In most situations, I'm calling.

Pocket aces are the best starting hand in poker, and tournaments are won by accumulating chips, not by avoiding every risk. If winning the hand gives me a realistic shot at a top-10 finish, I'd be willing to take that chance.

The only exception would be extreme ICM situations, such as a final table where several very short stacks remain and moving up the pay ladder is worth a lot of money. In those cases, the correct decision can sometimes be more complicated.

But generally, if I have AA and an opponent is all-in, I'm putting the chips in and living with the result. If aces get cracked, that's poker. ♠️😄

If you are the chip leader or have a big stack, use your aces to put hard pressure on the middle stacks.
