freerolls are good to start learning or building bankroll. but in the long run you can switch to buyin games if you really need to win. but many freeroll players seems to play for fun. thats my opinion.

You can't live off freerolls. However, you could create a bankroll from freerolls and then generate income betting your freeroll earned money,

I used to play freerolls during the last 9 months and had a constant "income" between 50-100$, but that means starting AT LEAST 6 tables every hour for 16 hrs EVERY DAY.
Due to the crazy players, that play "just for fun" and increase variance up over the sky, I quit that and play only selected freerolls, now just for fun by myself (because it's just not worth spending energy) and micro MTT's and SnG's. I'm down to two tables at once, much more focused but much more relaxed. Players there protect their investment, so there are no " I can go all-in with my small pair on the bubble because I have bigger balls than anybody here".
In short form: I made one step forward to REAL poker.
My winnings are still the same, but with lots of chances to win more.

That's where the fun starts, bubbleboy :fight:
Just right now, I'm in a 0,55 Ko with already 1,85 winnings in bounties, place 14/79; 64 places paid, starting with 0,84 $
First place pays 30$ and last week I took already one similar down....

Yes , WE can! That's why we study, isn't it?

No this is not a regular freeroll. They had a big promotion and had a bunch of different freerolls each day from $50 up to I think a $5000. It was in the $5000 freeroll and I think I finished 23rd for $130. I hope they have another promotion like that soon!!! but that was by far my biggest freeroll win cash wise.

What site were you playing on for this promotion?

For me, the freerolls are the only way to create your bankroll and play them means a little something to study against the backdrop of many players. And the feeling of the received prize gives you the confidence that something turns out in poker)

I make almost nothing off of freerolls. They are fun for playing when tilted or when you just want to mess around. But it is a tough road certainly to just grind out freerolls

For someone a freeroll is just fun and for someone the opportunity to create a bankroll yourself and start the road up. freeroll is a hard road. But after winning the freeroll I remember with gratitude those hours of the game and it gives me the strength to play again and again)

I like to play the Weekly Ignition Rewards $2500 Freeroll and I'll often make about 2 bucks. A while ago I secured 3rd place for around $150 but I have yet to repeat that performance in the many times trying. I imagine its very difficult to see any significant profits from playing only freerolls since many have tiny payouts, but they can certainly help supplement a small bankroll!

I only play freerolls, and only CardsChat freerolls.

I only play freerolls, and only CardsChat freerolls. For several months I lived at the expense of CardsChats freerolls and various promotions offered to us by poker rooms. I do not know how to play tournaments for real money. I win a little money and then immediately lose, then again I win and again I lose. I can not understand what's the matter. Maybe I'm just playing bad poker, maybe the reason is in something else, but I can not figure it out.

I'm trying to build a bankroll strictly from freerolls. I get little wins here and there. Once I came in first on a cc freeroll for 23 bucks. I'm just now implementing better bankroll management which I've been made aware is the key to making money. Gonna keep trying till I succeed. And have some fun while I'm at it.

I have been trying to build a bankroll via free rolls but so far I am hitting a wall. just got knocked out by A8o, I only had AQs. I am running bad right now, getting beaten by inferior hands regularily

I say it depends on the freeroll tournaments you are playing. For instance if you play the ACR $10 on demand you are not going to make very much since these have alot of shovers in them that get lucky. Also you would have to finish in the top ten and make very little. Some sites have better free rolls and you can make more but you would need to have a high % of finishing in the money to survive on just free roll tournaments. I just don't see any one surviving on Free Rolls.:(

Hello. Tell me please, where there is such a freeroll in Weekly Ignition Rewards $ 2500 Freeroll, and I want to build my bankroll from freerolls. I know that it's hard but I'm not looking for an easy way.
Thank you
