I've been playing around with the idea of how much bounty incentives can change the way people approach the early stages of a PKO.
In one of the Mini Big Game tournaments I watched, I noticed some players were involved in an unusually high percentage of pots early on — roughly 64–78% of hands in some cases — and they were picking up quite a few bounties along the way.

It made me wonder how much of that behavior is actually driven by the bounty structure versus simply being an aggressive player's natural style.
At what point does the immediate value of a bounty start changing the way players perceive marginal situations?
And do you think it's useful to look at early PKO play as fundamentally different from a regular MTT, or are the differences often overstated?
I'd be interested to hear how other players think about this, especially regarding the early stages, before the bounty values become substantially larger relative to the regular prize pool.

It doesn't change my play. If I get a few bounties that's a wonderful bonus, but if I don't it is no big deal.
