The Min-Cash Suicide

Why do mid-stacks constantly risk their tournament life by racing with Pocket Tens against a big stack on the bubble, instead of just folding into a guaranteed min-cash? 🤔

Because we are not only playing to min-cash. Usually around 40% of the money in an MTT goes to top-3. For sure we need to be tighter calling it off for our stack on the bubble, but there are still situations, where our hand is to strong to fold, and a hand like TT commonly fall into that bracket of hands.
