I think slowplaying gives your opponents free or cheap cards. If a dangerous card hits the board, your nuts could turn into a losing hand.

In my opinion, the quickest way to lose a tournament is playing too many hands and letting emotions take over after a bad beat. Patience and good decision-making are the keys to long-term success.

This are all bad plays and/or ways to approach the game - if you have this issues it's time to work on it and fix this leaks (some are still OK if you're aware of it and it's done for 'fun' in a friendly game * like for example slowplaying the nuts...); still if the question is in general What's the quickest way to lose a tournament? , IMO the answer is none of the above lol - just go All In with any 2 every hand and the tournament will be over extremely fast :LOL:
