Strictly "Bush" league IMO. It is the sign of a poor player...make a mental note to take advantage of this type of player in later hands.

Why shouldn't you do it . Is it forbidden by a poker room ? If yes don't do it . If not , which is the case actually , play the way you like . Stalling can be part of a strategy sometimes . No need to apology for it .
