I'm afraid that Ragnar's "strategy" isn't worth to be shared specially as he definitely does not win every day - it's probably once or twice per year (if even that) ...

Could you say that this is an estimate of what freerrolls can be won?

Even if you will do everything correct, on late stages it could be crushed by badbeat.
That`s why don`t put a lot of expectations for freerolls, try to get satisfaction from the game first

At early stage people go crazy, all in with anything, too much callers, so to me the beat strategy is to stay away from that pots, just if you have an ultra premium hand, late stages you play normally, and getting in the money if have a high stack, be very agressive. That's what I use. Good luck.

I being playing full days trying to get an strategy works on freerolls. Without good results.
Who in forum could say that already has an strategy works?
Beginners need to determine the starting range. That is, what to know which hands are suitable for raising rates and calling opponents' raises. There are 3 rules: The game is based on the pot odds, taking into account the probability of getting outs. Beginners need to compare the size of the pot, raise, call. As well as the chance of winning. These are the basics of poker mathematics. You just need to be able to divide and multiply in your mind.Playing against ranges, not specific cards. Beginners are afraid to act aggressively. They don't want to go all-in because of the possibility of running into a strong pocket pair. Fear is inherent in those who have already hit the opponent's nuts. Negative experiences are remembered better than positive ones. The range is not limited to pairs of aces and kings, sets. It also has weaker hands.equity game. This indicator will determine the chances of taking the pot with the best cards if the hand goes to showdown.

Very interesting point that nobody talks here. That make me think , what do you think will happen if a bot that beat the better players in the world is used to play against that kind of freerrolls of 15 thousand players. The Sunday million for example.?

There is no real strategy about freerolls, also they're quite different from site to site and depending on structure and prize pool.

Yesterday I get 6 th place on a tourney of 600 Players in N8 room, I used a similar strategy that you mention here and I think with good results.
Thanks for share and good luck too.

Patience and table awareness. Watch how the table flows and how others are acting/ reacting. play off what you have learnt.

Each tournament has its own task and its own strategy, Freeroll 1, you risk nothing. 2 too many people ran into a freebie - not like paying 50 bucks - the game was different 3, the chips melt very quickly - so you have to be aggressive 4, hope for luck and she will thank you

I always try to stay out of hands very early on then start to be aggressive at least 15m in when everyone has settled, play reserved just after a break and the rebuy phase is over, then just try and play a normal game after that for the rest of the tournament, I've not placed may times at all though so follow this at your own peril 😂😂

Well I'm not experienced I would like until now, I won 3rd on my first silver CC tourney in 888 but after play almost 3 thousand hands on N8. I think I'm not a experience guy. But for sure I let you know if some formula works in the future.

I was also scared at first when the post was deleted. But then i read the rules in the topic where the post was: if they deleted the post and did not send a letter of refusal, then you just need to relax and wait, because the consideration of the application is already at the last stage.

I recently managed to reach the final table and even the first place in a freeroll, somehow.

In the beginning, it's pretty much just odds and luck with the pot size, but it gets real later. This is Stars I'm talking about, also!

For myself, with these freerolls where there's a couple of thousands of people, I feel like you need to get very lucky at the start, what with everyone shoving everything.

Point is, don't stress over it. You paid nothing to get in - just do your best, it's a good practice :)

I don't think there is a 100% effective strategy for freerolls. In the first stages you must have a lot of luck, in the middle stage a little luck and in the final stages apply all your knowledge and logically some luck.

I feel this comes closest to the truth; play always your best, and don't get depressed when luck lets you down. If your failure wasn't your fault (for example, losing with AA in hand) don't let it affect your overall enthusiasm. Always look forward to your next chance to score some free money. :)

i play freerolls very similar to how i play buy in tournaments . with the difference that i will play a little more loose and will risk more in freerolls

my strategy is to play a bit loose in the beginning and tighten up as the limits go up

the rest depends on the situation and also on my own style

but you need to find your own style

Freeroll

It's a question with lots of opinionative answers but I say just play your normal game with plenty of leeway as people play like it's free from the getgo and all strategies go out the window.

Its kinda hard to make a strategy when you star with 10 bbs already and the blinds goes up within 2 minutes. Its like 25 minutes playing dices, then later you use strategy
