Ways to play pocket Jacks in early position

You hold Pocket Jacks (JJ) in early position. The table is loose-aggressive. What is your standard play? Raise, limp-raise, or prepare for heartbreak?

We could do with knowing how many big blinds etc we have.

I think if I have 30bbs or less I'm happy to play for stacks before the flop. Most likely in all situations I'm raising my standard raise, if there os 1 aggressive short stack who will likely shove and maybe get shoved over then I may limp

Regardless of stack sizes, JJ is always an open raise. However stack sizes do dictate how we should respond to a 3-bet.
