The Skype group still exists but I'm finding Skype so troublesome to use recently that Alu and I ran a sweat on Google hangouts and it was a much more stable platform.
John did moot going over to hangouts about a year ago and I think it makes sense to set up a fresh group there. You just need a gmail account and hook up with us.
I still communicate on a fairly regular basis with John. His Drivehud product is really taking off now and he says he's super busy but will try to drop in when he can if we give him a bit of notice. Historically he was available on Tuesdays around 2000 GMT.
The group died a bit of a death for a while. Of the mainstays 'Oreo' left the USA to live in Paraguay and went awol, although I understand he's back in the US without a roll.. Timovieman and VinylSpiros both quit poker and Ianthefish went back to his uni studies.
Just recently I've been helping Alu and 'Ahoy' aka Marek. Although Marek has recently managed to get Marginal and Duggs sweating him so he doesnt need me now!
Really the beauty of cards chat is there is nothing to stop anyone from personally messaging anyone within CC for help.

Was with a huge chip lead coming to the FT. Almost 100 bigs. Then got knocked down a bit & played carefully.
I was even trying to make a deal since it's a turbo.
But went through to HU with a slight chip disadvantage but his HU game was poor.

24-15 over 400 hands is quite alot of hands played.. he is in cutoff now so If he is playing 24% overall what is he playing from cutoff to get to that.. 50%? You Say that his stats does not look odd but the position he plays is important.. pretty much any K and lots of Qs probably there also. Also because fold to 3bet high shows that he opens alot of junk there. A bigger bet on flop should work better i think
