Easy to answer.
For maximum focus one table.
But since regulation in our country restricts table count to 4 the max table count is 4.

On weekdays, I play 3-4 tables, on weekends I play 5-7 tables. Sometimes weekends can be stressful, because I want to play everything I can, and it's not easy, but I've learned to cope with it :)

It depends on the stakes…if there are several freerolls with rebuys and add-ons, I might play 4 tables…when I play cash for 10/25 cents, I do not play more than two tables.

I usually play 2 tables, if I'm very free I play 3 tables at most.

It all depends on my health. If I feel good, I can play four or more tables; if I feel bad, I play one or two tables, or I don't play at all.

I used to play with 4 zoom tables, and I think it was good.

Maybe I'll turn back to cash games and try to play more regular tables, idk...
I tried doing that, but for me that is way too stressfull, especially if you get good hands on all tables.
Then again, I like to fold fold fold quick on zoom tables to get to the next good spot.
Do you do that as well, or do you wait for the table to prompt you?

Sorry if I didn't understand your question correctly, but I'll try to answer it based on a normal 6-ring cash game table...

I usually just fold the hands I would never play on a specific position (for example, I shouldn't be opening A4o from UTG, but this is an excellent option to use as a blind steal on BTN against SB and BB, according to GTO).

So I just fold the hands I would never use on the spot I'm situated in and wait to see what I will do based on what my opponents did before me (except when I'm the UTG, obviously).

For example: if I have an ATo on BTN and the UTG oppened with a mini raise, I'll just fold it, but if CO was the first to get into the game by doing a mini raise, I would 3-bet him, most part of the times, but I could fold it as well (dependind on his stats on the session and on the notes I have about him; I also could do this as a strategy of range balancement, to get closer to GTO, of course).

I can take these decisions quickly, most part of the times; this is automatic for me, specially because I'm well adapted to play on pre-flop due to the short stack and sped up games I like to play (Sit & Go, Spin & Go and turbo or hyper-turbo tournaments). I just try to take care about timing tells against REGs or about miss clicks.

So you just need to train it. Start with a confortable number of screens and then you will try to raise the number 1 by 1 until you reach your goal. Also keep studying the game to make faster decisions while you play, actually, I could easily say that this is the most important thing you need to do if you want to play more tables without problems...

Anything more than three tables is exhausting and draining for me, so I usually play at a maximum of two tables.

I only play in tournaments and play no more than 4 tables. This is most comfortable for me and does not cause me any additional stress.

When I encounter multiple freerolls at the same time, I play up to four at once. When I'm playing a paid game, I only play one table, or very rarely two.

My friend, I once tried playing two tables at the same time… felt like a pilot flying without wings! One table had an all-in, the other had some guy giving a TED Talk, and the third one (don’t ask how I ended up with a third) — my cards were sleeping like they were on vacation. Honestly, I realized my brain has just one RAM, and multitabling crashes the whole system!
When I play a single table, I focus, I watch the moves, I read players like I’m Sherlock Holmes. The result? I win, or at least lose with dignity. But when I open multiple tables? I end up outside the game looking for where my soul went.
So yeah, anyone who tells you “you have to play 4 tables to make real profit,” just tell them: “I’m a player, not an ATM machine!” I’d rather play one table right than play five and be the background character in all of them.

Hi:)
I don't go beyond three tables, but I think it's better to play at one table as is normal in live poker.
