Had a brutal day yesterday, AA KK and QQ all cracked in a matter of miniutes at a 10nl shot which was a tad underrolled anyway so back to 5nl for a while, I did move up early however and enjoyed the time at 10nl.

So I deposited on new years day and since I have not been doing anything but waiting for meds grinded non stop but just one table. So I loaded up HEM 1 and saw I was beating 5nl for 4.21 bb/100 dunno if thats good or not bt I also thoght HEM 1 was not complatable with zoom HUD wise guess I was wrong although I may stay hudless for a while.

Any positive winrate is good. :)

Hem1 hud works fine with Zoom, you should play with a hud for sure if you can. Also zoom usually means lower winrate than normal tables, and you need a big example to WR be any kind of acurate (200k+ hands), at least 50k to barely have a row idea but still could be just variance. If have to trow numbers for zoom will say 3 to 5 bb/100 is good, more than that is crushing but at this levels we should think more on BR (bankroll) need it to move up.

you guys read about adrenaline rush?
http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/poker/game-types/rush/adrenaline-rush#

4-handed, you can buy in for between 5 and 10 Big Blinds and there is no post-flop betting. You can only raise or fold. lol

Guessing that if works later Stars and other rooms could have it, still not sure i like it. Sounds like hypers on crack.

Thinking ahead this could hurt games a lot, zoom/rush already hurt the games because make fish cut his wide range, cuting limpers too will make games worst.

Avg. is 20bi´s for level which mean with $100 could play 5nl (buyin $5), but it depends how aggresive want to go with your bankroll and what is best for you.

Some people like conservative bankroll and could play $2nl with 50 buyins, others are more aggresive and could play 10nl with 10 buyins, i´m playing 5nl with $100+ at the time.

Is really up to you and how confident are with a level.

Weird hand

Strange hand from tonight. Free flop limp fest, I have AA last to act obviously a raise which would seem fishy in a limpfest. I pot-ish bet flop to narrow field...and everyone calls. So I'm thinking Someone has to have a set, maybe I'll just give up, then UTG goes all in, everyone else folds. At this point I wish to hell I'd raised more pre, have no read on villain - he or I must have just sat or something because my tracker had no stats for him.

Quick brag itt since things have been pretty quiet lately. I played a $120 live tournament at my local casino on Thursday night. 74 runners, 9 places paid. Final 9 paid $20 each to the bubble though. I ended up getting to heads up, where the top two spots were about $2,350 and $1,550. Stacks were super short, so we agreed to cut the difference in half. (We were playing for $800, so we decided that first place would pay $200 to second place, to cut that difference down to $400.)

I ended up binking it with a rivered flush vs. second pair all in on the flop. Was pretty great to snag the win, since I hadn't cashed yet, after coming quite close a couple times.

Pretty sure I was good for a river raise vs the fishy here, flatted the flop and turn to keep his range wide and was a bit thrown by the donk-betting, but when I hit top 2 on the river and he bet small I was pretty sure I was ahead. Sizing good, or do you make it more on the riv?

might just ship in that spot vs a fish with not much behind

he definitely calls all worse 2p and probably some or most of his Kx

or raise at least to like $3

who knows though maybe he folds more of his range because of the A but i like to just go for max value lol

hoping to one day crush micros like u but i think he's calling the min raise %99 of time and calling the shove %50 so I think bet size was perfect. Being more fish than shark I'll say most think bluff or no bluff and how much am i willing to pay to see.

Anyway hope it's of value to hear how fish thinks

Yeah I kind of developed the habit of 3betting in spots like this when I started noticing a lot of regs and of course all the fish calling 3bets with suited broadways and tons of Ax hands OOP and some PP's up to like JJ

just tons of stations at 5NL

Open is fine, fold to the 3bet. Flop fold is good.

In other news, my downswing continues. Since most of my roll was offline I didn't really move down aggressively either, so I'm at the point of needing to play baby stakes again unless I want to re-deposit some of my roll online (not ideal). Shouldn't be too awful though now since zone exists, and lets you play 2 tables. So I figure like 250 hands/hr or so at 5nl, then once I can play 10nl safely I'll just mix both and 4-table to get about 500 hands/hour.
