OK, some thoughts on how it differs from 50NL 6max. Double barrels are massively profitable at 4NL/5NL. The amount of calls you'll get with weak hands on the flop that intend to see if you're honest on the turn is astonishing. So, double, and yes at these stakes scare cards really are scare cards (regs at 50 lol when you bet the scare card and snap call). For example, flop is T53 and you cbet and they call, any over card that comes just bet.
Other thoughts, they'll fold better and call with worse like all the time, specifically talking about made weak hands vs draws here. So if you get to the river and tonnes of draws have missed but you've got **** all, fire half pot.. trust me!
The limp/calling is crazy, and the folding to cbets is super high too for these players, I just don't get it. Difficult to put players on a range a lot of the time so I just go with the assumption that at some point during the hand I'll have to look at my cards when they start playing back - cos they aren't ever playing back with complete air.
However, I do need to focus on playing a range more oriented to value than position/spots apparently. Just some thoughts for now, what do you others think?
