There's a different probability for each of them. Probably something in the range of 99.5% for the freeroll ticket.

So it's definitely not fully random, in the sense that each of them is similar likely to happen.

As has already been said, if you made some deposits and/or paid some rake, then your chance of hitting the bigger prices would go up. They also have freerolls for VIPs only, which is an invite only system run solely at their discretion. And no.
