the day I play my best poker is when there is a Cardschat freeroll and I am available.
The schedule is killing me, since I don´t get home from work until 5 pm/11 pm in Europe, with exception of Fridays, so Friday is the day i play my best poker! :deal:

I think the day doesn't matter if you are relaxed and nothing bothers you . In case if your environment is perfect to play poker the day doesn't matter.

In my short online poker history I have started to notice some trends regarding the time of day I am playing. In the morning hours, say 8am till around 3pm, I do very well and rarely ever leave a table down. Then in the evening hours; 2pm-ish until after 7pm, sometimes even until 10pm, I just get murdered. My straights all get busted, nut flushes fall to boats and just about every sort in between like my kicker is smaller. Then after mid-night things seem to reset and my flushes and straights are crushing pairs and such until I have to quit to sleep. Repeat. My time zone is GMT +/- 5:00
Any thoughts/comments on why (Besides it having to do with the players online at those times) or similar experiences to share?

If you play poker for days the brain is tired and it affects the quality of the game. I like to play at night, and no more than 10-12 hours

Playing live, I was always told its Friday or Saturday night, mainly after midnight into the wee early morning hours as that is when a lot of intoxicated players would try their luck playing bingo at the poker table.

in my opinion i like playing before i got to work because at the end of the day it may make you too tired to completely concentrait which i consider being one of the most importand things in poker, consentration is the key to a good session

I just play MTTs, best time for me (EET) is around 7 pm until 5 am, with best of the best time usually being from 11 pm until 2 am.

Days I prefer:
1. Sunday (not as much as I used to, though)
2. Saturday
3. Thursday
4. Friday
5. Wednesday
6. Monday
7. Tuesday

Sunday has some promos, some nice special tournaments and satellites. Saturday got lots of drunk fish (Friday in part too), some promos and Thursday got some promos as well.

I like night and all are different , always i play online ,then I guess on table there are people at all times ,but I like night and they are in my night. okay for me ..... I do not want to know if they are eating breakfast or playing in the bathroom
