I find mtt more profitable even with the high variance but you need to be engaged for long hours playing, good money is on final table

For the long run, tournaments are better, but if you want to win or lose some money quick cash is better

The cash game can be quite predictable – here each chip is the equivalent of real money. But in tournaments, the variance is much higher, but there is a chance of a large drift. But again, the cash game has a free schedule. The same cannot be said about tournaments. Second: You are unlikely to become famous in a cash game. While, having won a major tournament, you will surely be noticed. There are a lot of nuances, I think, and everyone is inclined to choose for himself.

nonsense.....playing against the best regs in the world is just the best way to lose money fast.

Cashgame or tournament ? Well, we all have our preferences but if being capable of adapting , money is for grabs in both of them.

i feel cash games have better players doesn't consume as much time

Have you ever signed up for a tournament played for over 4 hrs and not make the money? This is a long time cash games allow you to leave. for me it is cash games

for you that it is better to play cash tables or tournaments, I speak in terms of which modality has more profitability
Hello, I think this is an individual topic, someone likes tournaments and someone is playing cash! I'm certainly a poker newcomer, but I think tournament poker is very different from playing cash, they have different styles and manner of play! Personally, I like tournament poker more, that I sit and do not rush anywhere, but there is a minus big, I will not be able to go out whenever I want because I brought a bayin! In general, I think it's just worth a try and that kind of poker, and then draw conclusions that will appeal more! Good luck at the tables and more winnings for you!

They both have pros and cons and are two different approaches.

For me, they are equal. I have won and lost about the same in each.

I think that tournaments are more profitable, because of the higher prize pool that you can receive, whereas most cash games don't have blinds that are large enough to be as profitable (especially with the rising buy-ins in larger tournaments).

Tournaments or Cash Games profitability may be less of a concern then the desired style of play and time available to to be involved with a tournament versus a Cash Game that you can come and go as time permits.

I prefer tourneys and have for a long time. It is only recently that I have gotten into cash games and I am doing very well at them too.

Good luck at the tables everyone!

I enjoy playing MTT to cash games. I am biased since transitioned my play from SnGs to MTT. If I grind cash session perform Fast-Fold format to the normal ring game.

i love tournaments, but all the good money is at the final table. so, it is a grind and u hv to mix in sitn goes and cash games to avoid the wear down and burn out feeling of playing long tournaments.

Tournaments are interesting to me. There is a distance. I look closely at the players, but I can't do without cash on the final table) And cash is also interesting, but I think there is more risk, but also fast money. Plus that you can play it anytime, anywhere, especially from your phone.

A lot of people like cash games, because they can make a fairly steady amount regularly, tournaments are hard. However I much prefer tournaments. If you are good or lucky, you can have huege paydays.

I always meet many people who like cash much more. But the truth is that I like the passion and the mixed feelings of a tournament much more, it is the best that can exist. Regards.

Of course, the tournament is burdensome when you play it for several hours

And this ^ is why it is best to MULTI-table them!

Cash game is of course interesting, but for some reason I have no luck in it. Sometimes I even win 5 stacks, but I can't stop in time and in the end I lose everything. I am much more comfortable playing tournaments. Especially that are not turbo. Playing the tournament I feel much calmer and it is easier and more comfortable for me to play.
