Do you fully focus on the table while playing?

I can't be totally focused at the game table, I lose my patience after 2-3 hours so I listen to music, watch football, drink

Thats a normal poker day for me

I wish I did fully focus on the table when I am playing but I have the concentration of a goldfish and read emails, or articles and wait for my table to pop up before I look at my hand, luckily I only play micro stakes so it is ok but not recommended.

I usually only listen to music.
And I try to focus on the MTT.
I don't play more than 2 tables to be clear about the movement of the tables.
Of course, I always drink mate tea, and if it's night I'm accompanied by a glass of red wine or some beer.
And I smoke on breaks.

When I am playing live, I am fully focused. Playing online, I often have multiple games/tables going, plus distractions of TV and other members of the household. I think this is a good topic because I am sure the lack of focus while playing online impacts my success rate.

It happens differently. It all depends on the mood before the game. Before the war, when I had unlimited good internet, when playing poker, I often watched movies online in parallel with playing. It even somehow helped in the game. I looked at the flop less and, accordingly, lost my stack less.
