Do you fully focus on the table while playing?

Nowadays it's hard not to be completely focused on the tables. Previously, when there was no ban on the use of HUDs with statistics from the same XM, people could easily rely on statistics and exploit you to the fullest. Now this ban is in most rooms, whether you like it or not, but it forces you to follow everything that happens at the tables, make notes on the players, etc.

I confess that my concentration is not 100%. I have been playing watching poker players twitch. Before I played just listening to music. I believe the best option is to play with nothing to get in the way, just the poker tables and that's it.

Playing Live games at a Casino I will concentrate on the game and the other players even when I am not in a hand, trying to pick up tells from how the players react in different circumstances.
On-line however I would have music playing in the background as you cannot get the same information from an On-line game.

The live game I play once a week is Fixed Limit with the same bunch of old guys. No need to take more notes on them - I have all their games memorized. I also have my odds and probabilities memorized, so betting, calling, raising, or folding are almost automatic. That leaves me lots of time to watch the hockey game on TV, or on my cell phone, or check scores, read emails and messages. In other words I could be charged with Distracted Poker Playing.
