I do listen music while playing poker and it's a music that I listen to in a free time.


Sometimes the music is relaxing for me, but sometimes it's a distraction.

But not just that, sometimes, when tournaments are boring and monotonous, I watch youtube videos, series or movies. I know that it's a big distraction and prevents me from thinking, but I still do it. I need more discipline.
