For me personally, music helps a lot when playing. Sometimes I put on headphones, so that nothing distracts me, and I completely immerse myself in poker, I think that only then I show my best game.

depending on there are moments when music doesn't always help me concentrate, everything depends on the tournament time I'm playing if it's easy because variance is on your side then yes, but if we're with a very complicated game then we have to wait to concentrate without any music

I have days practicing an auditory strategy if it could be called that way of course, I listen to music frequently keeps you alert and focused or symphony too and the truth helped me a lot in concentration and patience above all. If someone also does it I would like to know their results anyway.
