One cool thing is to meditate before sessions. It makes you less inclined to lose your temper. Also drink water and take breaks

Personally, if I’m loosing or in a lot of tricky situations, I remind myself to stay calm and in control, not act on emotions but on logic, be carefully I don’t raise just to win but make my decisions based on the information I’m getting.

I confess that I have difficulties with this, whenever I do a bad section I try to forget more things that are not easy!

Yes, this is a real problem for me. I tilt when I'm angry. I'm currently reading Jared Tendler's book Mind Games. "

The best thing to do when frustrated is to stop playing and make good health activities.

When I am in a stressuful situation, I often stop to take a step back and allow myself some time to think, plan and prioritise. Go for a walk

I accept defeat before. I feel defeat. I feel loss. And then I go all in. I have already processed that future, and have understood it. Now I can face reality.

stressful situations in poker happen often and cannot be avoided. to cope with this, you need to make no mistakes in the game, have a good sleep and learn poker.

Moving is a part of poker, if you play often, it will happen many times, you need to take it easy

 Not the truth, it does not provoke me, you have to know how to control yourself in case of allan bad bets, it is normal to get angry, you have to know how to control yourself, poker is a mental sport, you have to know how to handle emotions ...

The stress of poker is very hard, especially when you see that you don't get any cards at all.

Stress-free poker is indispensable. Self-analysis of mistakes helps to cope with stress, and if there were none, then luck was not on my side today, as well as the understanding that there will be more tournaments in the future, or tomorrow I can go to the cash game again and play better, and luck will be with me.

I can't handle this.
Maybe it’s because I’ve been playing for a short time, and I haven’t gotten used to such downswings yet, but there is nothing that makes me more tilted of reaching the end of a session and having less money than when I started.
Can anyone here handle this well ??
