Today I live from the game, I don't need to spend 7 hours a day.

I'm struggling to totally eliminate weekend games.

But the fact is, I don't play more than that because of the point you mentioned, emotional stress. You need a mental rest, so you can play at a good level, without it, you will just lose money.
