I play whenever I find the time usually. Which admittedly has been a bit less of late.

Everything depends on the mood. I can not play at all, I can play 6 hours if I have free time.

150 to 250 hands a day dedicated to poker when online. 30 to 45 mins goes to studying and mental prep. For me less is more. And every two months, I take a 3 weeks off where I don't play at all.

Live, I can play up to 8 / 10 hours. The atmosphere and people around give me energy. Doesn't feel like work at all.

Hey,
I play 6 hours on average. Especially now that I work a 7h day job.
But on off days I can go up to 16h!!
I like the slow structures

On average it might be an hour and a half, averaging zero hour days with three and s half hour freerolls, as well as some cash games. It goes up and down.

I try to play a maximum. But not overdoing it, you still hve to stay fresh for good results. I do work, so I don't hve that much time, but I try to play at least 1 hour, and try to make it 2 hours or more with multiple sessions. (I play cash games)

Currently I am trying to build up a bankroll from nothing, so I am restricted to freerolls in the evenings for only about 2-3 hours a day. However, when I am available to go to a casino on the weekends, I do like to get at least 5-6 hours of playtime in at cash games if there is a lot of action.

I actually recently played a local casino tourney where my total play time was about 9 hours in that tournament, that required a lot of stamina!

I play 2 or 3 tournaments a day so it depends on my performance in the tournaments
If I reach the final table from 6 to 7 hours a day

Well it depends. Some days it might be 10 hours. Some days zero hours. I guess my average is somewhere around 2 hours a day.

Good luck at the tables!
I typically play between 3 and 6 hours a day. Guess I've always played between 3 and 6 hours a day. And I've never had a problem with burnout.

If the person takes a break every hour, then 6+ hours is no problem either.

I always play until I get bored, usually it’s about 3-4 hours a day with short breaks to eat, for example, but I remember earlier when I just started, I played 5 to 8 hours and didn’t feel any fatigue, it’s all strange. Yes, the brain quickly gets tired of the cache.

Good morning everyone, I believe my average is 8 hours a day.
I started playing poker in 2018, I read that a player plays for 3 hours after that he comments that his income drops, this is quite normal and over time you will play each time, for more hours, today I play for 10 hours and if you arrive in a straight or FT, I can increase my concentration, this is a matter of habit with time, the day will come when you will play for many hours in a row without affecting you or decreasing your performance.
I also notice that I don't have mental fatigue, in the beginning this happened with about 5 or 6 hours of play, today I can play for more than 12 hours easily.

Good luck at the tables!
It is quite common for users who are learning to feel mentally tired, after 2 years of feeling mentally tired, I think that feeling this mental fatigue, believing that for the fact it is studying the game and knowing what is studying the game and knowing what to do, one of the reasons for having stopped feeling mental fatigue, in relation to physical fatigue for playing more hours with time, this also disappears.
I found the comment very interesting, when I could play I made the same comment, telling me to study the game, looking to see videos of tables every time the best players played the situation.
Poker has no secret is to study and practice, that the profit will come.

I am happy when I play more than 7-8 hours, it means I am at the final table. Winning a tournament or good prizes smooth out fatigue. I'm not a professional and therefore I can't say that I play a lot, usually a few hours if there are no wins and a final table. Therefore, I do not feel much fatigue. If I won good prize money every day, I would most likely get tired, but this can be solved if you introduce game norms for yourself and rest at any time you want, without touching the game if possible)).

1-2 hours - I can't remember the last time I played a "serious" tournament, just "spin&go" in the morning... :)

I never play more than 8 hours straight. It's really hard, especially if you play multiple tables at once. On average, I play 3-4 hours a day.

Nothing overlay extreme. Much more important things in life that come first. 1/2 hours, maybe longer if i enter tourneys and go deep.
