In my case I don t play every day. I need take a time between days, for example if I play saturday and sunday then monday is free to rest a lot and then come to play on wenesday and thursday. In my opinion you need to organize your calendar for play and what you want to play. What is your goal in poker or is just for fun ?

at the height of online poker 2006 up to black friday maybe 7 plus hours every day.now i play maybe 12hours over a week and its mostly freerolls,as there isnt the games for me any more.i used to love playing the plo8 3 buck rebuy and the 25 $ omagha plo8 when fulltilt was [fultilt]before it was closed down.seems casino games are a must on all pokersites now,long gone are the days you could play poker,hence they had variety of game,instead of seemingly just nlh now and the endless late reg and re entrees are to me a big put off ,okim getting off my soap. box.

Play tournaments towards the start of your day only. If you reg late in your play time and run deep you can cost yourself a lot of money by poor level of focus.
