How Many Hours a Day Do You Play Poker?

I usually play 2-5 hours/day. I'd to play more, but I have other priorities, as med school. So I have my minutes strictely counted. On weekends I usually play more, like 6-8 hours/day.
But what you said about losing focus happens to everyone, your brain works the same way your muscles, and can fatigate too. So it's important to manage your brakes too if you want to play longer times with good quality.

It used to be much more in first year when I started. I played even 4-5 hours daily sometimes, what is quiet a lot considering fact, that I never took it "seriously", like I never played poker to make money, only like hobby. Now its more like 4-5 hours weekly. Mostly CC tournaments and then few SNGs. I tried cashgame month back, but it wasnt that fun to me

In each game, regardless though it SNG or MTT paid differently time, I really like a lot of MTT but more than 7 hours is a big load

I play about 3-4 hours a day. Doesn't matter whether it is weekday or weekend. It usually relates to how well I am playing. If I have tendencies to loose, I take break or finish with playing for that day. I wish I was able to stop playing when I am winnig at cash games on the top of my chips, but I usually keep playing till I start to loose and then take only about a half of the possible profit.
