How many hours can you play?

i can play 10 hours per day ,more than this my performance drops

The thing is, if u want to win the Big Games u have to play over few hours...The fields in this Tournaments are so huge, so u have to concentrate over hours and hours...My longest Journey was over 6 hours in one Tournament to make the FT

Because each person has the limit to decise thing.
Poker requires us to decise each hand (4 times or more).
Therefore, it makes me tired after games.

Many factors play a role here, but one of the most important is how I play today and what my mood is like. but in general, if I play at least 3 tables, then for more than 8 hours without breaks, it is already difficult for me personally, and this is after a non-working day.

I can play one day tournaments without any problems. I find cash to be boring after a couple of hours and my attention wanders. The longest I have played was when I final tabled an HPT tournament that took 13 1/2 hours on the 2nd day. It 0130 hrs, and I was drained physically, my wife drove home and I slept.

Well that depends on how I feel physically, mentally, my bankroll, the time I have available and how the session is going. If I'm having a good run and I don't feel tired, I play for a while longer, setting a goal and as soon as I reach the goal, I stop. If I'm having a bad streak then I stop and take a break that can be back in a couple of hours or the next day depending on the time I have available and how my bankroll is.

Not many for sure. If I don't schedule sleep carefully I will not be able to play and I will be forced to stop . In the past I could play non stop for more than 24 hours but now it's harder . I do not drink coffee , very rarely I will if there is no other alternative , that makes it harder to stay awake .

It depends on a lot of things... Only one or two hours during the week, maybe more on weekends. I like competitions, I have a lot of fun there.
