2-3 hours at weekends. Don't have much time to play full time.

I’ve gone through the “play all the time” phase already 😅
I used to invest a lot more hours, study more, grind more. Nowadays poker fits around my life instead of the other way around. I play when I enjoy it and stop when I don’t, simple as that.

I can't play full-time because I have a job. But I play in the evenings if I don't feel too tired. I play about 4-5 days a week.

I treat poker as a serious part-time pursuit rather than a full-time grind. I put in focused sessions a few days a week, balancing volume with study-hand reviews, theory, and mindset work. That way I stay sharp without burning out. For me, consistency and quality of decision-making matter more than sheer hours at the tables.

How much time do you dedicate to poker? Full part time?
So far, I only play three days a week, on Fridays and weekends. Those are my favorite days. On other days, I go to work, and after work, I'm too tired to play.

Time spent in poker has certainly gotten out of hand during the winter holiday season for me. :D I could do this all day all night, and well I pretty much have done it some days. But I have managed to give some time to reading about poker and watching some YouTube videos. Anyway, certainly too much time has been spent, but it has been spent well.

I treat poker as a serious part-time commitment rather than a full-time grind. On average, I dedicate a few focused sessions per week, balancing actual play with study, hand reviews, and mental game work. This approach helps me stay sharp and motivated without burning out, and it keeps poker enjoyable instead of feeling like an obligation. I’ve found that quality time and clear goals matter far more than sheer volume, especially when poker isn’t your only priority.

Actually I try to play so often that it is already like full time. I like it, and I enjoy it. And I am only working part-time right boe so I have the possibility to play. If I would constantly win big amounts, I would quit my current job as a Yoga-teacher and play all day long only, boooy. Yeah

I try to play in all the freerolls that are available to me. In fact, I play 3-5 hours every day, and I only take breaks when I have to, for example, when I am sick or feeling unwell.

I spend between 2 and 5 hours a day playing. I play an average of 5 days a week. For me, poker is a hobby, but it's a hobby that requires a lot of free time, and that's the main difficulty. It's entirely possible to be a player who makes money, but whether that money is worth the time spent is another question.

I'd love to play full time, but I'm nowhere close to that level yet. Right now it takes up my daily after-work relaxation time. I like playing board games online, but now I've replaced that with a couple of hours of poker instead.

On average, I spend 25-30 hours a week playing the game. My favourite days are Saturday and Sunday. On weekends, I can play for 8-10 hours. On weekdays, I usually play for no more than 3 hours.

I play part-time. Poker fits around my work and personal life rather than the other way around. I usually dedicate a few focused sessions per week and spend some extra time reviewing hands or studying when I can. Keeping it part-time helps me stay disciplined, avoid burnout, and enjoy the game while still taking it seriously.

I apply myself a lot to freerolls, playing more than 8 hours a day most of the time
