Yea man, I think this is one of the worst things we can do. Just assume you are at 0 profit/loss and keep playing your best.

like clicking my hud expansion every 5 ****ing seconds to see how much i lost to some fish and getting completely tilted by it

he said it best: it makes u paranoid to lose winnings when ur up and makes u chase losses when ur down and that chasing makes me play even worse too.

Yeah I went through a rough stage of that friday night, tilted away like 3 BI's. Decided to bump up to 16 tables, and not look at cashier and I'm up 9 BI's Today, it does make a huge difference, just not always the easiest thing to do

whatever monoxide, you got urself out some tricky situations by folding.
i think the TT fold when u were still on 2 tables was pretty decent because as said it gives u ladder climbing equity.

as far as these 2 go i dno, if it was me i would probably insta ship and either get dominated or lose flip.. but i suck at teh mtts

Honestly I think flop is pretty bad. His c/r stat was like 27% though so I figure he has a lot of air and flatting on that board looks the strongest. Then I was planning on jamming over a turn bet but then I picked up a pair and I was like well now I beat his air range but then when he bets river he always has 2-pair+ or else a triple barrel bluff and I figure his value range is probably higher than his air range especially when I could so easily have QJ or a set in this spot. Also the bet sizing and the fact that QJ could be in his hand too made it a fold I think. Probably shoulda just folded flop and waited for a hand where at least I had some equity and I could take any number of lines to semi-bluff him instead of just getting fps with basically no hand. Ah well at least I didn't compound it by calling river.
