Have you considered crushing 50nl for a day or two to just get yourself in a winning state of mind. I'm sure there's a big chunk of running bad in there (as we know you've got game) but the positive mental impact of breaking the pattern with some unadulterated destruction of bad players might put you back on track.

Statistics don't lie and it's clear you are one of the best at 100nl whatever has happened recently. But do what you need to do bw, whether it involves poker or not. It's not supposed to make us miserable.

Well, I have reviewed hands today and for the most part i am doing absolutely nothing wrong. I think I've been making good laydowns and playing my hands like i always have in the past and all my logic seems good. I know I was tilting pretty hard last month which caused me to be down $4500 or so at one point, but this month I haven't really tilted at all.

Its just really frustrating that I am finally playing better and I'm not tilting anymore, but i still just run into cooler after cooler and suckout after suckout.

Each point has a value of $0.005, or $5 per 1000. This is the amount deducted from your MGR if you use points to buy something from the store, meaning, you lose 27% of that amount in RB.

Sindri is right in that on the numeric forum the standard rate to try to "sell" your points is around $3.50 per 1000.

He posted a hand in ssfr a week or so ago where he 5-bet shoved with 59o at 10/20, AK calls and he sucks out to win a 4k pot. Don't tell anyone but he's basically a nit who likes to do crazy stuff once in a while and obviously posts it so everyone thinks he's way crazier than he actually is.

Just had this discussion last night. You can sell points at $3.50/1k in the 2p2 marketplace or you can work out for specific items in the store on your own. Alternatively the Sunday 750k (identical to warmup although extra buck in rake, $216 750k guarantee first is I believe over 6 figures) it works out to the $5/1k. There are also smaller tourneys I know miniFTOPS allowed point buy-ins not sure about others. But then of course there's the opportunity cost of your time and having to play a donkament.

Also if you have rakeback, selling or spending your points will deduct $1.35/1k from your rakeback. Using it on the tourney will not unless there is overlay.

So using for tourneys: $5/1k
buying something from the store assuming they don't rip you off: $3.65/1k
Selling them in 2p2 marketplace: $2.15/1k

I've played maybe 1000 hands today on 2 different sites & seen pkt jacks on showdowns 8-10 times (they've lost everytime).

I've only been 1 of those losses but it's gettin' kinda unreal if you ask me... :thumpdown

True, unless you actually have to lug it around. If it's a basically a desktop replacement go big.
