I got 7/250 in a winner take all last Sunday on Absolute. Hope i'll do better this time. 6 seats to grab, split into 2 different freerolls running at the same time.

what happens if you win?

you get a $7k package including $1.7k for expenses and the $5.3k buy-in for the English Poker Open (EPO)

If you don't want to play, you can actually resell the $5.3k buy-in on the RTR site. Current price is $4.5k i think. If you want to play the EPO and pay, this is actually a cheaper way to get there.

If I read Belgo's article correct, I'm about to be ***raped by Belgian law regarding online poker in the near future sighlife.

Pretty sick that they talk about shutting down online poker, and only allowing online poker from companies who have a casino in Belgium because they want to make sure the player is protected and playing against fish and not potrippers. And then they show a picture of some dude depositing onto Absolute with his visa .
Also pretty awesome that there are already 9 casinos in Belgium I think, and 9 is the max allowed.

On the other hand could be that I totally misread the article since I kinda sux balls at French.

it's still only a project, but it sucks.

BTW, France has an equally sucky project where they plan to add an uncapped 2% rake to all pots, which would obviously kill cash games. And probably disconnect the French market from the rest of the world (like Italy now). Still under discussion, notably with the EU who believes France is nuts.

I tend to agree.

One thing that baffled the EU is that France claims that it can limit the amount sports bet rooms are allowed to redistribute to 85% (which happens to be the rate of return currently used by the state run monopoly) because limiting that return % is an anti-addiction measure. The EU answer to that is, in essence: "Wat ? "

OMG TRANSFORMERS, fap fap fap. Such an godly film, feels like it lasted 1 hour not 2 and a half. Had like 0 story, but had a shitload of fighting robots, i'd estimate ~1 hour and 45 minutes of the film is robots scrapping it out.

Spoilers below i suppose

Highlights of film: Optimus smacking megatron over the head with a tree/Bumblebee skinning the panther thing

I thought this was meant to be the film where starscream betrayed megatron aswell, clearly not. Although the introduction of the twins was a dream move, don't think the film would be as good without them since they provide the luls throughout.

Going to the 1st screening of the day is the new awsome thing to do, 3 people and myself were the only people in the screen, was like a private viewing
