If you're playing good hands and losing, imo, ur probably on a company...let's call them Bet on Lies. These crooks will make anyone using poker math look like a dunce. They had a guy call my raise with 22 vs my KK, and then busted me with K3 vs 34. They offer freebies to lure you in, and once they figure out your tendencies, they rob you without a gun and ski mask, imo. If you only listen to a little of this, DO NOT play pairs at Cheat on Line. they would never show any sort of result stats for their low stakes, they'd rather steal from us than deal fairly, imo. GL

Bet On Lies = Betonline, okay, I understood that ... but what site is "Cheat on Line" a spoof of?

It all depends on what kind of money you play for, if you take a certain amount from your budget, if you lose it, you can limit yourself in something in everyday life, then of course you should not play, and if you play for example for an amount that you would just spend, for example, on some kind of entertainment: drink beer, or go to the poppy, then of course this will not affect your budget much and you can try your hand at poker again

If the goal is to win money, I think nothing good will come of it.

I decided to play freerolls until I learned and felt confident in the game. Anyone who doesn't lose money doesn't lose.

I am in total agreement with you, what you never had, you cannot lose, is my philosophy and playing On-line Poker for free! is a great way to learn how to play Poker, It took me a while to progress into Live games, but I have had a few successes, and playing in a League format took me from Pub's and Club's into the real Casino Games which were also free!
From those experiences I then went on to buy-in games and never really looked back.
The biggest mistake players make, is to think Poker is an easy way to make a living, It's not! It takes hard work and a lot of studying to become a great player, which is not what I want from Poker, I enjoy playing and having fun while I play, and losing a couple of bucks here or there is not that big of a loss to me.
Playing within your comfort zone is the most important aspect when playing Poker, and if that is purely playing Free-rolls or Micro stake games then that's fine. Also if you can afford to lose $100 every game you play then that is fine too, but only if you can afford to take such losses.
For some people $100 Dollars is a small fortune, or even a weeks wage or more, for some it could be a night out at a bar or pub.
Playing beyond what you can afford to lose, and you are heading for disaster, you should take a long hard look at where you are losing money and adjust your strategy likewise.

When the fun Stops, STOP!
(Seriously)

hello, what kind of bankroll do you have, what kind of poker do you play, maybe it's worth lowering the stakes?

Probably. If you knew you were playing well but people were breaking your pocket aces on big hands you would probably say so. Maybe look for some online freerolls.

stop playing!!

you should stop playing if you feel gambling addiction, in other cases you should just lower the game limits (usually helps).

I think you should start palying some lower buy-in tournaments or cashgames to improve your A-game and in my opinion it is especially important to make a break after you lost some games in a row. Hope i could help.

I think if you are not ready to lose, then you should not start playing, it can be bad for your health, the game should first of all be fun

I think if you're losing a lot of money and it's taking a toll on your finances, you should stop.

If you like poker you don't have to stop.
Instead of playing big buy ins play small buy ins...
and
READ A BOOK ABOUT POKER !

Really, I've red so many books in last few months and in every book you will find something, little present, usually advice or you will just see your mistakes... that will give you new edge... (bankroll is one of the chapters) but people think books suck, you can't learn poker... yes you can but it takes time like it takes time to learn ...idk, skiing... it's not just sit and play... and the cards will say.. I thought so, but believe it or not: it is not !
I hope you get back on track but you need one vacation from poker so you can make a fresh start... It is what you need.. And while you don't play - read ! Play flopzilla ! Study ranges... different strategies and different approaches.....Watch pros hand on YouTube ... it's a lot more than just playing...
Good luck !

I've got a feeling that they have the ability to do that to you even when playing 'bad' hands. Call it a hunch.

No, never quit. Make it an even 1000 before contemplating hanging up the lucky 4 leaf clover card protector!
