Since you're behind a computer, just ignore the rude people and they won't be able to do anything.

I mark and remember curses and insults... I usually ignore them, but if possible, I play mockingly with them...) As for bets and cards, sometimes it happens that in 200 hands, the best QT card))) You have to take risks and play what you have)))

Ignore online, block chat, complain to the room moderators. When I'm lucky, I often say, and the blind squirrel hits the bull's eye twice a day. Many nervous people play poker.Angels live in heaven, and on earth there are people, and everyone has their own shortcomings.

They are players who have no ethics, it's best not to pay attention to them, to better concentrate on the game.

I often reflect that an opponent's lack of respect is usually the noise that tries to hide their lack of strategy, their lack of patience, or simply likes to annoy others. I've seen a lot of players using it, whether it's going all-in with junk hands, throwing out the different animations, garbage talks, the impressive number of times you do limp and wanting to play with all your hands. The question is: Are you going to let his ego dictate your game, or are you going to let his arrogance empty his chips? I imagine it's different and easy to do behind a screen, because sometime I'd like to play live poker, but it would be difficult to deal with people like that in a real casino.
You have to realise that most players are rather primitive people with limited vision, uneducated, greedy and evil. Unfortunately, this is a fact and there is nothing you can do about it. There are always fewer normal people than abnormal ones. I think you should always remember this and keep your main goals in mind, perceiving everything around you solely as obstacles that need to be overcome and passed.

Respect or lack thereof doesn't matter. What really matters is what is allowed and what isn't. Etiquette is important, and etiquette is, above all, respect for the rules. Because neither you nor they are obligated to show or expect respect. Players are free to do whatever they want within the established rules. However, they often try to bribe you with their "respect" or change your mind by showing disrespect. Poker isn't just about cards; it's a game of bargaining, and players want to get the most out of people on tilt. Tilt can be caused by joy, anger, trolling, and so on. So, if someone at the table is "kissing up" to you with respect, be careful! Also, don't confuse disrespect with rudeness and bad manners.

Insults should not go unpunished. Players who insult others should simply be banned. And this should be done automatically by the poker site itself. The reason why players behave this way and insult others is irrelevant. If a player is not adequate, they have no place at the table.

Someone who behaves like this at the poker table is likely capable of evil in other areas of life as well. If possible, such characters should be ignored. Not in real play, but fortunately they can be blocked quite easily online.

You've probably never seen William Kassouf in action.
Check him out then you'll have an idea what an irritating live player can do.

Unfortunately, both in personal life and in poker, there will always be bad and uncultured people, you just have to put up with it.

For myself, I decided not to get involved with such players and play against them like against any other players, the only adjustment I make is no "slowplays/traps" and huge overbets for value, because such players will always find something to "pay" with.

Regarding all these crazy throwing animations and so on, that's a whole other discussion. I sincerely don't understand why poker rooms continue to feed poker players' base desires to roll back dozens of generations and throw things like chimpanzees.

I think one of them would be Martin Kabrel, although he is a good player, he tends to disrespect his opponents a lot.

Well you don't pay attention to these guys , you can mute their chat , eo you won't be seeing their annoying and provocative messages or comments . As for the stupid ATC shoves , everyone is allowed to do it , it's not sth forbidden , so no reason to get annoyed .

Totally agree. Loud and disrespectful behavior is usually more about ego than good strategy.
The best response is staying calm and focused on your own game. If you don’t let them tilt you, they’ll eventually make mistakes and donate their chips. Poker rewards discipline over arrogance in the long run.

Yes, more and more often I meet people who hate and speak profanely, and the many smart people who look down on novice or ignorant players who do not. They even know the technical words then he can no longer play poker, and there are those who rejoice, these should be avoided if one knows

Online I normally just ignore them, but once or twice I've reported a player. I once had a player call me the "C" word, but that isn't why I reported him. A month or so later I was at the table with the same player. He was continually making comments like "Hitler was right.", and directing them towards a player from Israel. That is what got him reported.

True victory in poker lies not in responding to the opponent's noise, but in remaining calm and letting their ego lead them to empty their chips while you play with discipline.

Of course, it’s unpleasant for me to see this, but it doesn’t bother me in any way, so let him do what he wants

There are such people, and there's nothing you can do about it, you can only try to keep communication with them to a minimum

You can mute them if they are persistent. I myself don't particularly get affected by those as much as the cocky ones who got lucky against me despite terrible play. Gotta admit I want to punish them, which sometimes I manage to do (often calling them looser), but still you need to keep your calm at all times.

In the end, everyone plays the way they want. Our job is to adapt, not get frustrated. If someone makes mistakes because of ego or impatience, the long run takes care of it.
