I'm probably biased here because when I started playing home games, small game mind you, which makes it worst because everyone knows everyone we had what they call a mechanic. A mechanic can basically rig the deck to his liking. The movie shade has this whole theme about it. One of my favorite quotes from a movie they were playing 5 card draw. Jamie Fox says to the villain, I've only had four girlfriends my whole life and they allve been tens. The next guy was they all must of been screwin a guy named jack.

A Big Hand for the Little Lady

Settlers Meredith, his wife Mary, and their young son Jackie are passing through, on their way to purchase a farm near San Antonio, when a wheel on their wagon breaks. So I followed this thread's advice and watched Runner Runner and i was really disappointed because I thought that 'd be getting a movie about poker but apart from the opening scene when Justin Timberlake's character dabbled in a short stint of online poker (maybe 2 minute screen time tops), it was just a ordinary movie nothing to distinguish it as a poker movie apart from odd references to poker in it periodically, might as well they said BINGO, the synopsis would be the same..............So if any one else mentions Runner Runner i'm gonna have a fit....

i think alot of these movies arent poker movies see my previous post here. just have a few small poker scenes. i dunno why people mention them
