Cheap white rice is 52p, 2l coke or Pepsi 155p, cheap sliced 800g bread is 45p. Petrol 150p per litre

UK prices are decent for food and alcohol at grocery stores but expensive in restaurants and pubs mainly due to high minimum wages and rent.

I could live on £20 per week for food but would mean cutting down on certain things

Basically, I spend the money I won on entertainment, movies, meetings with friends, coffee, tea. For $25, I could buy 20-25 cups of tea or 15-20 cups of coffee at a local coffee shop. I could buy 5 kilograms of ice cream, or 20 bars of chocolate.

Romanian here, 25$ is ~110 RON (romanian currency), you can buy 7-8 beers in a fancy irish pub (or birt as we call them) or 22 from the supermarket, so you can go home drunk enough to test your aggresive poker strategy online.

not a big deal, since the prizes for the first places are free, it is not enough, and depending on what type of free tournament it is, it is a bit sad that they have withdrawn the cash prizes that were played on Saturdays and Sundays in poker stars and that they have exchanged them for tickets, they were the ones that I expected the most and with first place if you won you could buy, for example, a good keyboard for the computer that costs around 50 dollars
