I think so, all you need is to be very dedicated, study hard, practice a lot and have a touch of luck in a good championship to win a good prize, sometimes it is not easy but if it is possible to happen.

Well I think that almost all players dream to get rich in the game of poker. I also dream about it, but it takes a lot of effort and training. I'm doing everything I can for this. And I hope that in the near future I still win a big jackpot. As they say the dream of an idiot will come true)))

On the Internet there is an opinion that you can, you just need to make an effort and learn, learn and learn again, but lately it seems to me that this is not about me - something is missing, so other people become rich, not me, unfortunately!!!

Yes but you have to be persistent, make this game a way of life, take this game so serious and have a bankroll.

Short answer is yes. There are enough poker players who are millionaires to show that it is possible. If you compare though the number of poker millionaires to the total number of active poker players in the world you will see that it is extremely difficult to be one of the best in this game so that you win enough money to change your life.

Of course it also depends on what you consider rich. If you live in a country with high living standard like most of europe and USA even million may not be enough. If you live in developing country much less money may be live changing and enough to be considered rich.

Like many others have said, yes you can. However, in my experience, it is far more rare than people realize—there are a large number of pros that an outsider would think were well-to-do but in fact live a life of degeneracy where in fact they actually owe money to people. Borrowing money seems to happen a lot in poker, and seemingly in some shady situations.

I’ve born witness to conversations where well thought of pros, that anyone would assume was doing good if not fantastically, “brag” about the amounts of their often 6-figure makeup totals. In fact, the people that are doing well may be somewhat more obscure on average than many would think.

Of course you can and we have the examples of the best poker players in the world, some of them did not have a very good material situation and look where they got because of poker, but to get there you need a lot of study, time, perseverance ....

Of course you can. We see those folks on TV all the time.

But we also see lots of people that go broke, and many more that go broke that we don't see.

Some people have the skill and ability to handle it. Most don't

You defenetly can, but you need of course lot of work. You need to be a pro in 9 cases from 10. And also patience, you build your bankroll step by step, most often in many many years

What do you think?

I think that every player can become a rich person thanks to the poker game, you just need a lot of free time to play and very understand the game well and play decent bets in cash games or in good expensive tournaments and try to win, and everything can work out and you can get richer, more winnings are bigger, but you have to be very careful!

Yes, of course. Realistically, the probability is too low. IMHO, there are easier and more productive ways to become rich, if that's a big goal in your life.

It largely depends on what you consider rich too. You need to be at least a billionaire in order to be counted as rich by some people. Others will feel rich with $20,000 in their pockets. Becoming a billionaire by playing poker alone is close to impossible, while the latter is rather achievable.

Of course, but in order to achieve this, it is like any profession, one must be instructed with tactical studies and know how to use everything learned, to participate in important tournaments taking into account that in order to participate in these tournaments, one must invest since the tickets for these tournaments are medium or high from 11 dollars to more than one thousand dollars

I think that as long as you don't start thinking yourself, it certainly won't

I believe so, just have discipline in studies, know how to manage bankroll and never imagine that you have studied enough. (I do everything the other way around lol, but I want to change and have some significant results)

I think it is likely that if you have potential and believe, in the long run the results will appear, as many have proven to happen.

In my opinion, the main goal should be that of becoming a better player.Money should come alongside it "automatically"..
