Depends on many factors; The strength of the hand, the stack, the number of opponents in the hand and my mood). It is important to remember that poker is a game of odds. There is no guarantee that your good hand will win. Even if you have an advantage, there is always a chance that something will go wrong.

In general, it depends on many factors, especially my opponents. Observing the game of opponents, and depending on the situation, I determine how I should play better.

I don't think that there is any universal answer to your question, because in poker each situation depends on many factors, such as the stage of the tournament, the number of chips, the position at the table. For example, if a player goes all-in to your reraise at the beginning of the tournament, then you should have a very serious call argument in your hands (unless, of course, this player goes all-in very often) since you are risking a lot of blinds !!!

It depends on my hand, the raise of other people and the amount of tips I have

With a good map, it's not a sin to go all-in.

Let's talk about all-in situations. How often do you bet all-in? What does it depend on? Or having the best cards like AA, KK, AK etc. will you play all-in? When do you bet first, and when do you call, with what cards?
In the sb and bb positions, I often go to the pot if the stack is around 20 bb or less

It depends on the spots I’m in, and the effective stack size

I try to find a good situation to go all-in if my stack size is less than 10BBs during a tournament.

During loose games with low stakes, I would avoid going all-in even with the best cards, like AA, KK, as your chances of winning drastically decrease if you are up against several players.

I go all-in when it's necessary. And understanding these situations comes with playing experience and there are a lot of nuances.

All-in plays happen to everyone in every game, I doesn't matter, because it is all part of the game, You will at some point of the game either go all-in yourself or call an all-in from another player, It is inevitable.
I have even done it on the very first hand in a Tournament On-line and in Live Events, I remember on one occasion I had travelled over 100 miles to Play in a Live Tournament at a Casino in Manchester UK. I was dealt A/A on the very first hand, and I put in a raise of about 6X the Blinds, not wanting a Call but would have been happy with everyone folding and me winning the Blinds, Shockingly I was re-raised by the player to my Left and 3 other Players called before the Action got back to me.
Now I was Shocked that someone had the nerve to raise me, but for 3 other players Limping in behind him I decided that with the pot now holding almost half a Stack that we started with, it was just too juicy to fold at any point and if I wanted it, there was really only one way to get it and I Shoved.
There was a lot of conversation before the Flop, someone actually asked me if I would show my cards if they folded, and I said of course, I would even show them before they called if they wanted, I was that confident I had done everything right and had already told them with my Action, What I was holding.
Eventually one Player called and the others Folded, I turned over the Aces, and he had Q/Q, The player who had originally raised my bet made a remark that he had folded A/Q thinking it was bad news for me holding top pair, but I just said "great! that means there is only one Ace left in the Deck and one Queen, He has to hit his Queen to win, I don't need to hit"
The Flop, Turn and River didn't change anything and I took out the First player in the Tournament, The player who thought I was in trouble then remarked how if he had called with his A/Q suited he would have made a Flush and beaten both of us, I just said "You should have called then"
I went on to finish on the Final Table and win 2nd Place in the Tournament with over 150 players. The game is Called "No Limit Texas Hold-em" for a reason, because there is no limit, and no stipulation when you go all-in.
