Do you prefer to play Online poker or Live poker?

I prefer to play live but now due to the emergency that is appearing a force majeure I have to join online is very good but it is not the same for someone else who happens to play better when you are watching it?​

Live poker is real indicator of your skills. Playing online you break stuff because it find the way to shock you with bad beats and crazy "2 7 all-in "people who are taking you out all the time. Playing live will fix your menthal health for a while

Both. Live because of less variance. Online because it's more convenient.

Online now. Because it is more convenience Live always had to wait for a seat.
Online there is always something going. Even if I only have a few hours. Live ,the drive to the casino is an hour for me.

I really like the idea of online poker. There's much less of an intimidation factor, and so you're not looking at someone that's gonna see you outside later, and beat the living daylights out of you...lol.

Also, with bricks, and mortar poker, there is usually a casino attached, and you're probably going to hit the slots, and lose your money there, anyway.

When I finish an online tournament, I can go make a coffee, and sit and watch Bugs Bunny until the next tourney comes up.

Online is convenient but lonely. Live is more fun, even when losing, because you get to talk to interesting people (who are total sharks, lol).

As the challenge is really not the same I will answer both, live for the connection and learning experiences with real players seing their cheating live and deception when loosing. Seing a lady of 95 pounds loosing her minds at the table because her two aces have been beaten by twoo two that was worth a bunch. Or else how many times can you have a russia, german japonese, canadian at the same table......

Prefer Live

Do you prefer to play Online poker or Live poker? And please tell us why.

I prefer live poker because despite all the mistakes that can happen in live play - it doesn't compare to software locking up or losing your connection online.

At least in live play you can call the floor and get a ruling as to what to do in the event of a mistake or dealer error.

Online - software locks up when you have the nuts? Lose connection after you 3-bet big preflop with AA? Forget about it.

Email the room mod - email support.....so sad...too bad.

I also love getting live reads on my opponent's tells.

Live poker is soooo much better. We can enjoy the talk and slow play. Online poker is too quick. Action played so quick that you lost the feel when we open the board card. But its hard to find live poker in my country

100% prefer live poker but do not have any real casinos nearby that offer poker. So I play online to pass the time. Started out playing live in Phoenix Arizona and it is far more enjoyable playing against people that you are at the table with in person.

Sure Live poker is amazing but I personally prefer online poker, especially now with COVID situation.Plus in my country it is legal only in 2 special areas so it is far away from my home.
