Throw in a bluff if the table is tight enough for you to get away with it, otherwise take a break

I would advise:
1. take a break from poker
2.do what you enjoy like reading, movies, hobbies
If you want to make money with poker, you need to think rationally.
Everyone has bad periods, which is absolutely normal, as well as the luckier ones.
Imagine if you always win at poker - isn't that boring?
I would be bored and I would abandon it.
I understand you perfectly, because I, too, used to be upset, just like you.

Tilt. A major problem. Not only due to bad luck.
It is a deep and complicated subject. It is like saying "How do you lose weight?" There is no one way. Some people never even need to lose weight. Some gain weight just thinking about a cake.
You need to find where and when you tilt. (Hint: You do tilt.) Kinda like a 12 step program. Recognizing the problem is imperative before any other measures are taken.
And that is where it starts.
Very deep subject.
As soon as you make any decision because you are mad, emotional, frustrated and so on it is time to stop the session.
It comes with the territory i guess. We all take hard hits sometimes, we just gotta get back up get get back at it. I don't even think about the loses anymore, its like a buzz kill. I don't get mad, I get even..lol. The wins will start coming back at some point. Good luck and have fun grinding. 🍻

Playing freerolls is the best way to go. Winning through satellites is also a good option.

If I am down to $50, I still fight to get back. Sometimes I do make it. I never get mad, I move on.

Step back and review previous hands that have made a pivotal impact on your profits. Take time to study more and play less, use the same amount of total time involved in the game just shift the balance. Finally remove the emotions from your game.

I guess you are asking here about being ''card dead''. You must always know which is your table image. In MTTs we never play only with our cards but also with the table dynamics.

On micro and freerolls, if the cards do not come in, you are doomed. Sit and wait for a hand. Nothing else.

After many bad hands a break daily or more days is needed . If they are actually unlucky bad hands , and not mistakes many of them , in that case study the mistakes and the leaks of your game .

Dude if you just keep getting bad hand after hand, i would say its time to take a break for the day or night. When i run bad i usually run bad the entire session. Idk tho thats juat my experience.

I try not to get angry when I play poker but I learned that over the years and many live tournaments played. But you can't deny that sometimes I do get angry in certain situations.

Stop play and take a break. If you have self control you can try to play only freerolls, if not, it's better to be away from poker for a couple of days.

When bad cards come, I will play at least one deal out of boredom with a bad hand.
