I've tried both options, but I've noticed that I play better in shorter sessions, regardless of the time of day.
At night, there are more players and sometimes the games seem more relaxed, but I also get more tired and end up making simple mistakes. During the day, I feel more focused, even though the matches are a bit more difficult.
At the end of the day, I'm trying to prioritize my concentration more than the schedule itself.
