I personally find night sessions more convenient and profitable.
At night, especially late evening, the player pool tends to be softer—more recreational players are online after work, often playing more loosely or emotionally. This creates more opportunities to exploit mistakes and increase win rate.
Also, I feel more focused and relaxed at night, without the distractions of daytime responsibilities, which helps with decision-making and maintaining discipline over longer sessions.
That said, the “best” time really depends on your own routine and mental performance. If you’re sharper during the day, that can outweigh any edge from softer games. Consistency and focus matter more than the clock.
