Do you earn money from poker?

Poker is my hobby and additional income. I play on NL5-10 micro-limits. Over the past six months, I have won an average of $200 per month. I know it's not much, but it's still very nice. Last year I had a small minus, but in the last six months I've won back everything and made a good profit. Poker books and training videos helped me. I hope that in the future I will win even more.

I have made money playing Poker, but not enough to live on, Sure it would be nice if you only had to play one game a day and win enough to last you all week, but then it would become a job that you had to do day after day.
Poker for me is just a hobby, I can ignore it or play if I want to, being tied to something that I had to do is like being at work every day and I retired 10 years ago so don't want to work that hard ever again.

I know I'm not good enough to actually make a living playing poker, but I have found my comfort zone and as long as I stay within it I can make a little extra money each month, about $3k a year the last couple of years and on pace for a bit more this year.
Gotta work the few promotions that come out and use every loophole I can find.

For me, poker is a hobby, not a job, so I play when I have time and a good mood. I have been playing for over 12 years. I have income from the game every month, but of course it all depends on how much time I play. My income ranges from $100 to $500 per month.

I'm a recreational player, and I play 90% freeroll... In 4 months I earned a little more than $2000... Some people in Serbia don't have that much monthly salary

Yes, I have won... I have had good months and not so good months... I am refining my strategy... to be consistent at the end of each month... that is when I can measure if I am in condition to live from poker...

Yep, my roll goes up and down. But it's only from micros and freerolls, so there's not a whole lot I'm losing or winning. The live action is where my real roll lies. Took 3rd in a trny last Friday night for just over 1100. WOO-HOO!
