How do you deal with extremely bad days in online poker?

I think sometimes those bad days are actually what motivate you the most to keep going. The typical advice is to take a break for a few days or even weeks, and that can definitely help.

But sometimes you can also use that frustration as motivation to do better the next day. We all know how poker is. Sometimes things go your way, and most of the time they don’t. But if you keep playing, the chances of eventually having your good day are higher.

Just remind yourself that all poker sites nowadays are rigged and don't expect anything different. Some days the system will allow you to win some, most days it ain't. That's it. Be skeptical.

It's simple: when I see I'm having a really bad run, I decide to stop playing. If it's just not my day, I just have to accept it, hehe.
