Unfortunately, poker has its bad days, and it's important to know how to deal with variance.

Sleep late, eat well, don't drink alcohol and analyse a downswing or your game.

when you dream your bad beat... and think about it, for days, nights... it is not good to play poker.

You have to let it go, and when you "forget " about it - then it is good time to start building bank once again.

Understand there will be bad days, and that Vera Variance is Lady Luck's uglier, meaner sister. You can do everything right and still lose to some fish who caught a miracle with a hand that had no business being in there. Just pay your fish tax, and STAY OFF TILT. You can't control how the cards fall, or how your opponents play, but you can control yourself. Never let little disasters become big ones.

I like to spend a few days without playing, rest well and then I start playing again, this helps me not to get sick of poker

I turn off my computer and build a fist with my right hand and with a devilish smile on my face and a slow, slightly angry voice i speak to the turned off screen: "Madderfaggers, we meet again soon. Dont worry. Its a long-run game and im going to get you!"

On days like these, I just play freerolls and don't spend a single cent of my bankroll. Sometimes this can go on for quite a long time, several days or even a week, and the most important thing on days like these, in my opinion, is to minimize potential losses.

I usually check how the tournament went. Then I watch movies/tv series or read/listen to a book.

With volume. If you end satisfactorily the study of theory of poker. Then you need just volume. And you'll see the good results just in end long run. So. That way almost you'll forgot bad days. Well... That's what the theory says.

Its rigged, doesn't matter how you react. If you take breaks it'll still be rigged when you come back.
Play it skeptical, try to avoid the system's traps and play only freerolls.

What, you wanna bet your money on slot machines? Go ahead, consider it lost.

I’m surprised at this reply from a platinum member - am I missing the satire? I made a whole post on a whole other thread stating the reasons why even making a suggestion that it’s rigged is completely ridiculous never mind beliveing it and I can only assume if it’s rigged then you have never won a tournament. I will leave one thought. Big sites only make money from the rake on tournament poker games. It doesn’t matter to them who wins or who loses it doesn’t change what they will make. So what benefit would it be to them to ‘rig’ it so one player won a hand over another player? Unless you suggest that the winners are bots out there by the site - but then I would have to disagree because I’ve won tournaments my husband won 4 yesterday. We play regularly and see the same faces and it’s clear they are real people. There are many people so immersed in this kind of conspiracy watching sites and games and player - streamers who sniff out stables, and any suspicious play, the amount of money these poker sites make and the trust people put in them how would cheating that defiantly would eventually be found out, be of benefit to them? And I’m talking the big sites like PokerStars GG party, the regulated sites. I mean if anyone is actually playing on a site they believe to be rigged then that’s your first issue. You play expecting to lose and you will lose. People who use that it’s rigged as a reason they aren’t winning - to me are just bad players who don’t understand the mechanics of the game or the play or strategy or how much more than being dealt 2 cards is involved and needed to win games. If you consistently lose then you have holes in your game you need to work on if you think you know it all and are the best player so it can only be that the game is rigged why you are losing then you really need to play a different game - there is always more to learn. Continuing to play a game you think is rigged is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard 😩😂

I hope you were actually joking but for anyone who agreed or if you weren’t sort yourself out 🥰

(I’m in profit £3408 on slots this year alone) again just have to know when to walk away.

I'm sorry society, but after a few hundreds of MTTs, and probably several thousands of hands I'm just convinced that, poker online as whole, is a huge institutionalized fraud, with a whole ecosystem of botrings, promoters, cheaters, rigged games and whatnot.

I wish I could say differently, really. It would be a dream come true to become a poker professional.
But my experience says otherwise unfortunately, and I try to avoid being a denialist.

And no, you don't have any proof whatsoever about their card distribution legitimacy. Thats is because if you go to any poker site right now and download your hands history, you will not be able to see all your oponents cards. You can only see your own and the vilain's, IF he shows it to you.
Therefore you cannot prove anything, cause you don't have all the pieces to the puzzle. You could never prove that your AAs are winning the pot the amount of times they are supposed to if all hands were shown, for example.

Not trying to convince anyone, just describing facts.

Yes, you can prove that you're drawing AAs as many times as you should. But that information matters to nothing if 60% of your AAs are loosing on flipovers. So you have exactly nothing with just that.

Their "audit" certifications could very easily be bought through bribery, moreover, if the poker site closes, the auditor looses his client. So, that alone is far from being enough to sufice for me, living in the corrupt world I live. I'm not that naive. And there's no explanation whatsoever to the absurd boards that you experience CONSTANTLY in the online Apps, math has nothing to do with it neither. The most bizarre, rare and unexpected hands are a common place in poker online, full houses and quads shows up like nothing anytime. If there's a pair on the board, you can almost be sure the somebody will have a set, if not a full house. And that's is not how natural randomness happens.

Just not.

Now, I'm not saying you can not be profitable in a rigged environment. We know that many pros manage to bypass it and can still be profitable. But that also does not mean its not rigged. It just means that pro players deal better with cheating than casual players.

But is it rigged? I mean. Its a certainty at this point. 300% rigged. Don't believe me? Just play the game.
You'd have to be blind not the realize the obvious. Its just hard for me to understand how could anyone look to these games, at their current state, and even consider the possibility of them being truly random. Its just, laughable. Not even near I'd say.

But I still study and try to beat it for the challeng.
Sometimes I do beat it. My graphs are up in most sites I play.
I just don't deny that its manipulated anymore. lol

And about the bullshit of not being in the best interest of poker sites, I leave just a few comments for you:
1 - Everyone knows they rigg their games to boost the pot sizes. Higher pots, better profits. You know this too, stop pretending you dont.
2 - Human greed is endless, not necessarily rational. We've seen this endless times before in history, maybe you have alzheimer. I don't know.
3 - Even if poker sites wanted to be 100% legitimate, which I doubt they do, they never could and never will be able to stop cheaters. Therefore the games will still be broken either they want it or not.
4 - I don't know what makes you put this much faith into a "betting site", you must be in direct contact with God or something.

Either that or you're in their payroll list right.
I've workd in the food industry for 2 years. With all their food certificates they had for FOOD, I saw they exporting tons of expired MEET.
The auditor knew it, but he had a "company friendly" attitude and his bank account was happy about it.

Now you want me to believe that the "betting site auditor" is beyond any doubt? Just because you want to believe it? Good luck my dear. ^^
I've got more news to you, Santa Claus and Ester Bunny are also lies. :ninja::coffee:

Proofs, you showed none. What you have is a piece of paper with the words "certificate".
To me, that's nothing. Can you get my hands history and proove to me that's its legitimate? No, you cant. So don't act like you could.

Just today I lost with QQ 4x times in a roll. I thought they had 80% equity, but apparently GGPoker thinks otherwise kkkkkk
But it was totally my fault, I thought the vilain was shoving with a weak hand, but he surprised me with a 52o. Should never have called with QQ, clear lack of skill from my part. The second QQ was met by a KK, what an amazing coincidence from the heavens. Random. The third QQ was blessed with a Q on flop, and no overcards, just to pull a straight out of vilain's AssK on the river. Almost magical. All in with AAs, lost to a 72s. Of course. KKKKKKK Yesterday my AK was met by a quad of Js in the river. The vilain had AJ kkkkkkkkk So much magical hands, IN SEQUENCE, it's ALMOST unbelievable. I'm glad we have a certificate.

Truly random. I believe it now. :poop:
Thanks!
