My longest
online poker session was 12 hours. It was an intense and challenging experience. I started early in the morning with the determination to reach certain goals and play a specific number of games that day.
To stay focused throughout that time, I made sure I had everything I needed on hand: a comfortable, distraction-free environment, snacks and drinks to keep me energized, and of course, a solid game plan. I also took short breaks every hour to stretch my legs, rest my mind, and recharge.
As the session progressed, I experienced a mix of emotions, from the excitement of winning some key
hands to the frustration of losing others. Mental toughness and proper
bankroll management were essential to keep me on track.
By the end of the session, I was exhausted but satisfied. I had achieved my goals and accumulated a decent amount of profits. However, I also learned the importance of not exceeding time limits and maintaining a healthy balance between play and rest to maintain optimal performance throughout the day.
