Cash games are less variance in my opinion, but u can´t earn as much money as mtts.
Mtts if u bink a big one u can earn a lot money quicker, but more variance is the long run in my humble opinion.

I agree with the author. Another plus of MTT is that you can play more hands than in cash with less risk. And the competitive spirit of the tournament is absent in the cashes. I would advise to play MTT, the more so in not 1 cashe game there is no freeroll to try your forces.
