And same here I was trying to play three tables at once and I just feel rushed and can't play my best as well as feel like I end up wasting my money.

You should play that many with what you are comfortable with. No need to play more

recreational or professional

If the player is recreational or beginner, playing just for fun at a table can be very satisfying.
Now, if the intention is to obtain an income from the sport, it will necessarily be mandatory to increase the number of games in order to overcome the variance. Of course, taking care to open only as many tables as he plays his best game.

For me 4 tables is ideal, I can have a good concentration playing 4 tables, and the concentration I have playing 4 tables would be the same as playing 1 table

Buddy of mine told me one simple thing to remember in regards to the topic. "Play what your comfortable playing at your highest capacity, there's no right answer." For me, that's 4 tables, been that way since the FTP and PS days way back when.

As a general rule and as others have mentioned, playing one table is actually recommended to start off. You only add more tables once you feel confident or have already created some reflexes and you are winning consistently at one table. If you have a strategy and you know beforehand what set of hands you will play and how you will play them, you can add more tables one at a time and keep an eye on the winnings. If winnings decrease, then you take a step back. But if you are fine with your winnings at one table than keep it that way.

if you are playing high stakes tournament or cash table , is better that you play one , but if you are playing low is ok to play 3-4 :)

I mostly only play at one table. I can concentrate better on the game, on my teammates, and in that way I play better. But it all depends solely on concentration, in my case. If I am focused and if my concentration is at an enviable level, then I can play at more tables.

Better one correct table then a couple of half concentrated desks.

It was the done thing years ago, and possibly still is to play multiple tables to make the most money from Poker, but not for me personally. I noticed a big difference playing multiple tables in my win rate, as it was always less when I had half a dozen tables open, as to only playing one table at a time.
I had time to think about certain situations, and concentrating on one table I made better choices, some days I would be running at 50% win rate, but saying that I mean I made the money in 50% not actually winning the game but making the money in about half the games.
Multi-tables I made the money in a lot fewer games because of not having enough time to think through the opening action, also miss-clicking, and folding hands I should have played or calling bets I should have folded.
I find Poker stops being a fun game when you are really working hard to play multiple tables and play your best game all the time, it is just not possible for me, so I will continue playing one game at a time, taking my time to make the right decisions, at the right time and finishing in the money more often.

When the fun Stops, STOP!
I completely agree with you and adhere to the same strategy, perhaps something will change in the future!

Is 30 tables at a time real? It seems to me that my head would burst from the number of decisions made, or my eyes would fall out (this is of course a joke)! To be honest, I'm happy for this person if he plays a plus and he is happy with everything! I hope I will soon be able to afford to play at least 4 tables at the same time!

I prefer 2 or 3 at the same time. But depending on tournament, one is ok. It helps to undertake the pace of the table and to look to your opponents.

Totally agree with you! I, too, prefer to concentrate on one table than play at a large number of tables without thinking about my decisions! Good luck at the tables!

I would initial play one or two tables to work on my read and note-taking. I would play 3 to 4 in Jackpot SNG-only sessions or on-site where HUD is not allowed. I would play up to 6 tables where HUD is allowed by the site.

It is very normal to play at a single table but poker leads you to live it in 4 or 5 tables minimum:D
