It depends on what you enjoy most. Texas Hold'em is the most popular and has plenty of action, while Omaha offers more complexity and bigger swings. I'd say try a few variants and see which one fits your style best.

I’d say start with low-stakes cash or standard MTTs — they’re more beginner-friendly than Spin&Go. Spins are fun but super high variance with heavy rake, so not ideal for building a bankroll. For rooms, look at pokerstars, GG, 888, and pick whichever has the best traffic and rakeback in your region.

Poker has become faster than before. The best way to play a leisurely game and make a small profit is to load up a couple of SNG tables, but the best way to quickly lose your bankroll and go on tilt is spins. You might as well go to the casino and play.
