I can’t play online poker on just one table. I usually play 4–5 tables because it’s more comfortable for me. Otherwise, I get bored and the game feels too slow. I’m no longer a beginner, so I can handle 4–5 tables without any problems.

I started playing poker in 2018, and at that time it was better to play only one table because I was still learning the ranges for each position. Over time, I increased the number of tables, and now I believe that 6 tables is ideal for my current skill level. Playing just one table makes me impatient, while playing too many tables (7 or more) makes it difficult to pay attention to my opponents, which is essential for performing well in MTTs. I start my sessions playing 2 MTT and 1 cash table. If I bust out of the one I focus on the other if I bust out of both and am making money on the cash game I’ll search for another 2 MTT if I have time.

Well, as you mentioned, both have their pros and cons... For me, one of the biggest advantages of online poker is precisely that, being able to be at multiple tables or even doing other activities during the game.

Some people will have a better run concentrating on just one or a few games. It's a personal thing, but having multiple tables to fill the gaps and idle time at the tables works very well for me.

I also have a 14 inch screen , and can't fit more than 2 tables without overlapping.
If I ever decide to upgrade my sistem , should be definitly made from poker winning.
On a large screen I could open 10,20,30 tables at a time , and still see with my blind eyes

Anyway, I can play up to 4 zoom tables or up to 8 regular speed tables without any problems.

To play multiple tables one has to know and learn preflop charts like the back of their hand and be able to play on auto-pilot at least for preflop. The more tables one plays the more they have to be able to play on auto-pilot. You also have to be highly disciplined and fundamentally sound post flop and decisions need to automatic as Goggelheimer said just above.

Back in the day the high stake grinders/pros use to play 20-30+ tables and be profitable. For the avg rec/hobby player with a full-time job getting to the point of being able to double and be profitable can be quite a task. One you build up too not start at.
