888poker banned my account ''temporarily'' without warning HELP!

So, I didn't enter the code to get the bonus, I didn't even realize it at the time, I only realized it when the money dropped into the account.
I tried to ask for this bonus

I don't have an 888 account as its not available in my country but if same with other sites, u should not be expecting that new account bonus anymore because of ur blunder.

Sites cannot help if u don't follow instructions. For example: they cannot help if u ask them to link your account to affiliate because u missed to sign-up with affiliate when new account was created.

The support probably got ur account banned by tinkering with it.

As u are new to poker, just play in Cardschat's favorite Replay poker. Be active in the forum & play Cardschat's daily freerolls. When u get a bankroll then sign-up properly on other real money sites. Problem solved!

What would these Cardchat tournaments be?
What would be favorite replay tournaments?
I tried to find the passwords for the freerolls here on Cardchat and I couldn't either.
I will try to be more active on the forum, yes, I liked the community.

I think jumping to the conclusion anyone "stole" your 20 bucks is a bit of a reach,

I agree, you need to write to them by email. I'm sure that the account will be unblocked, and this is just a misunderstanding.
