I played my first Green Run freeroll and *drumroll* KK < AQ for the goose egg. Got two more tickets left, will try again- supposedly these run 3 times a day.

You can still do the challenges and record them for yourself on your own notes, or take screenshots, and 888support will give you the tickets for them. I realize this is extra effort. I'm probably not going to do this.

I won $5.60 in my third Green Run freeroll. I can't say it took any skill, because as usual it was just a shove fest and at some point 888 decided to start shuttling me between tables as usual. Feels a lot like hitting the bonus round in slots casino. Ended up 54th or 55th, bubble was just shy of 200 players.

You can email 888support and ask them to credit some tickets if you have completed the challenges and didn't get anything.

888 Poker is terrible, don't play there. The rake is outrageously high, and the rake-back program is one of the worst I've ever seen. Actually it is the worst I've personally seen.

Sure there are a lot of fish there, but there are a lot of fish everywhere.

Wow I was planning joining this promotion but some terrible negative feedback here!

Anyhow, I will play and make sure to make a screen shot as evidence I finished the challenges.

The 100k monthly freeroll you need to cash in only 3 tournaments to qualify, should be achievable, you can play the 10 cent $50 gtd, you should be able to cash in 3 out of 10-12 of those. Remember rebuys does not count in the challenge !

Okay , I just tested one of the challenges and placed a $5 Sports bet, within seconds I received a Green Run ticket in my lobby, so I can confirm it works for me so far

Nope, not going to bother jumping through extra hoops. If they manage to fix the promotion, fine, but if they don't it just makes it that much easier to scale back on poker even more.

I honestly can't believe 888 rolls out promotions that are so buggy over and over. I literally can't recall the last one that worked properly from the start.

What makes it more maddening is 888 won't even admit there's a problem. Advice like wait 72 hours when we know the tickets appear instantly when it's working, or trying to say you should re-install 888 even though there are hundreds or even thousands of people not able to participate (basing this on the latest $10k freeroll that only had 500 in it when previous $10k freerolls are closer to 8000 players).

That's fair enough. I don't mind sending them an email here and there. They seem to be able to see what challenges you did complete without you needing to send them proof. I am not sure about the main event tickets. I might try to cash in the penny games and if I get 3, I will see if I can get the main event freeroll ticket from support.

I completed the cash challenge 27 times today, so I will see if I can get 27 Green Run and 1 Red Run tickets in 72 hours.

Edit: Nope, I guess I won't because it is up to 3 challenges a day? This is what happens when I can't open the terms and conditions and have to search for the fine print.

Check your tournament list. You usually get auto-registered in the event instead of getting a ticket. You are probably already signed up for the game.

I played the last Green Run tournament tonight. There were 764 players and I finished ITM 107th for $2.30. It looks like more players are getting access to the freerolls now and the returns are quickly diminishing.

Played another Green Run freeroll just now. Player count is now up to 1.5k (1582) and I came 50th and collected $2.90. Just a jam-fest all around for the benefit of the big stacks but I will take the scraps.
