888poker, worst support, worst room ever

Your assessment is not objective. I am more than sure if you poll our community members, the vast majority, I think even more than 75% of players will tell you that 888 is actually a great site, reliable and safe, despite all the shortcomings of their support service and quite a long withdrawal process.

Well I've played on 888Poker 16years. (near the beginning I won $280 for 3rd place in a Cardschat freeroll).
When I first began playing on there I played 2nl tables and worked my way up to playing over 20 tables with a huge winrate (50bb+/100). The play back then was RIDICULOUS! They held a promo where players would receive 'FREE $8' just for signing up... and they REALLY liked throwing that $8 away on the 2nl tables, lol. I was able to make over $12/hr. playing on the lowest limits on 888POker (it was more than you get while flipping burgers)
First strike:
They lowered the max. amount of tables to '6'

I've continued to play on there on & off over the years, but never much volume at all but have kept a few $$'s on there thinking I'd add in some MTT's whenever I get around to playing some (rarely, but I plan to some very 'soon'). Today I decide to Withdrawal a few hundred (I don't need it on there & will still have enough to play MTT's after the WD). Right away I get hit with the verfication b.s. Give me a fk'n break! I've done NUMEROUS transactions on there. Cheap, weaseling ba5tards! There's NO EXCUSE for this!
Because of this, I'm now going take almost every dollar off of there. Why would I keep anything on there when they don't instantly allow me to WD 'MY' money?

Of all of the sites I play on, I'd rank it as the worst. (& it has some pretty bad sites for competition too lol)

So for the first time ever, I read the fine print at the bottom of the screen where I'd won my prize (part of which isn't initially displayed,,, you need to click on it to expand the message where it informs you that you'll need to earn 5 bonus points for each $1 in 30days. (yup... they REALLY like to pump you up, letting you know how you'll be needing to clear you winnings).

888 is an English link and that the English think that they don't need to do anything and everything is ok, I have been to England and I know their way of thinking

I have been playing with 888 for over 20 years and believe me it is one of the best sites.
At least they have customer service, which in my opinion is fine, but try getting in touch with Party Poker, their customer
service used to be superb but now there isn't any.
Anyone who thinks 888 is terrible has obviously not played on many other sites, 888 is one of the best of an admittedly bad bunch.
Everything about poker rooms is far worse than it was 10+ years ago. Customer Services, Bonuses, unwillingness to pay out money.
The worse, to me is GGPoker which actually asked me to sent them my bank statements to prove I could afford to deposit.
In the UK the government makes betting companies say "Bet responsibly in every ad, what has it got to do with the government? If I want
to bet responsibly I will do, you can't even run the country, don't try to run my life.

Come on, partypoker is omnipresent, try contacting them via any means, Chay, Phone, Twitter, they are there. Also pokerstars.
888poker haven't answered my rweets for over 4 weeks now, so.... let u draw your conclusions. Besides, they are only reachable during certain hours, unlike PS, PP.
As for the Apps on Android, or Windows. GGPoker comes first, PartyPoker, PokerStars, then 888

I'm sorry that you're not having a good experience. I play there for a couple of years and fortunately never really had problems with them. But I do agree about their software, I also think is one of the worst ones. I have to make new downloads almost every week.

I really like 888 never had any issues while playing on 888. Support has been fast and friendly everytime I have contacted them. They have great bonuses and promotions too.

I don't play much on 888, but the times I have used the platform I have never had problems, the withdrawal is delayed, but it is credited within the period (72h) I use skrill to withdraw... I suggest you verify your account and they will not make you problem.

Support is poor, yes, and I miss the old software, it was way better than the actual one.

But overall, is a good site.

I played at 888 few decades ago, very happy - satisfied ... and then it happened : I didnt received some silly promo bonus money, so I asked for it, something went wrong in a communication - so I wrote "we spend a lots of money here - why dont we get the bonuses we deserve ?" - they gave me a ban for a year - as part of a protection spendig a "lots of money at 888" ... I never played at 888 since.

In my opinion, for many 4easons 888 is the worst poker room ever, don't waste your tome there.
-Worst customer support
-Worst app for mobile/ tablet/ laptop ( lot of bugs and shutdowns)
-I have a German account, I made a withdrawal request on 1th October, haven't received nada yet, they are asking me to proof my bank account and ID for the n-time, I withdrew money prior to that date.
-Customer support do not want to answer your questions, I quote " we solve only monor issues, we have no information if you sent documents or not" well when I was a teenager I worked for call centers, AXA, PlayStation, Vodafone, I know that the helpdesk agents have access to clients info, including shared documents.
- I had encounters with GG, Party, Stars, can't complain at all, problem often solved after two interactions. 888poker don't reply to your emails, chat is the worst, no twitter replies, if you call, you have to wait for at least 10 minutes so they will tell you, please try this or that, same things you've done before asking them for help, be it app crushing, unprocessed withdrawal. One advice, burn your money and don't burn your nerves with 888. The worst wooooorst poker room ever

I used to have problems 888 Poker with support now I think a lot has changed, I hope so because I haven't played on this poker site for a long time and I think they'll return to it after so long, I hope that support has changed
